Research contracts are the legally binding agreements governing UCL`s research activities with third parties (external funders, employees and service providers) to promote UCL`s research objectives and overall academic mission. These agreements are essential for the exchange of financial resources, material and information, as well as for the collection of the rights and obligations of the parties with regard to the research to be carried out.
